Registration Fees:		  
Regular Conference:
The "Early Bird" fee will be $355; after February 15, 2012: $380.
Special 1-1/2 Day Intensives:
The "Early Bird" fee will be $280; after February 15, 2012: $305.

Cancellation Policy:
A $25 handling fee will be charged on any cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 30, 2012. There is no charge for substitutions of persons attending.

Revised Registrations:
If your agency has previously registered attendees for the conference and/or intensives, and you are submitting a revised registration form, please be sure to check the revised box next to Attendees Registered or the submit button.
