License/ Warranty / Support License Warranty GMS will release updated tax tables and any compliance changes for the GMS software every 12 months. Other
software additions and changes will be released periodically. Costs of license/warranty is based on number of users and will be quoted to each agency individually as needed.
Support and Maintenance GMS strives to respond to any
support calls within two working hours. There is a monthly fee for support that will be at our prevailing rate. Support is required for the first 12 months of use. Pay as you use support can be implemented at our prevailing rate if the agency chooses to
discontinue full support after one year. You may elect to return to full support at any time.
