Training
Off-site Telephone Installation and Training are required with purchase at the
prevailing hourly rate. 3-6 hours are estimated for each installation and initial setup training.
GMS requires On-site Training at your location to insure your staff makes the most of the organization’s software investment. Cost for on-site
training is at our prevailing rate per day plus actual travel. Training and travel will be billed as incurred. All on-site training is done by experienced GMS field staff.
Training required on a one-two user version system is typically two weeks
on-site. Three-four and five plus user version systems normally require two-three weeks on-site. Your agency will be quoted based on its needs.
