Please take note of the following information: The GMS annual staff meeting is scheduled for September 16-20, 2024, in Virginia Beach, VA. The staff will be traveling on Monday, September 16, and Friday, September 20, so there will be adjustments to our service hours during this period.
Monday, September 16 – Although most GMS staff will be traveling, we will continue to provide service to our clients. Please be aware that our usual two-hour response time may be delayed.
Friday, September 20 – Most GMS staff will again be traveling, service will still be available, but we may not meet our standard two-hour response time.
Please note that our Service Chat room will be closed from September 16 through September 20.
