Updated GMS Software and Support Services and Virtual Training Cancelation Policy
📅 GMS Software and Support Services provides the following:
• Expert Assistance: Helping users resolve software-related issues and errors to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Comprehensive Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving software-related problems efficiently.
• Accounting & Financial Guidance: Supporting clients in navigating accounting procedures and financial report challenges.
• Strategic Guidance: Enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy with tailored recommendations.
• Best Practice Recommendations: Providing valuable insights to optimize the user experience.
GMS Software and Support services Do Not Cover the following:
• Account Reconciliation Services: This includes tasks like bank reconciliation and GL account reconciliation, which are billed separately at the prevailing rate.
• IT-Related Issues: Network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting are outside the scope of the software support agreement.
• Hardware, Networking, and System Infrastructure Assistance: As GMS is not an IT service provider, users should seek support from their internal IT team or an external professional for these matters.
📅 Virtual Training Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for all clients:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a $65 cancellation fee.
• This policy helps us respect the time of our trainers and other clients waiting for availability.
