Payroll

2026 IRS Form 941 has been updated.
The following states have been changed:
 Maryland
New: 2026 IA W4 allowance. An Allowance field has been added to the employee file to allow employees to request extra withholding to cover potential tax liability beyond what standard allowances cover.
Line 7 of the 2026 IA W4.

New: Qualified Overtime (OT) Tracking in GMS. Starting in 2026, GMS now tracks the total qualified overtime amount (the 50% premium portion of FLSA-required, time-and-a-half pay, which is non-taxable) for hourly employees, throughout the year to populate Box 12 (Code TT) W-2 forms for 2026.
We’ve added a Qualified Overtime Amount Report option that is accessible from the YTD Payroll Register screen on the Payroll Processing menu.
The report will provide the overtime information in Total for employees or with Pay Period detail when printing.
