Monday, 9/16 Service will not be available
Tuesday – Thursday 9/17-19 Service will be available 9:00am to 3:00pm ET.
Friday, 9/20 Service will not be available
Please follow the normal practice of emailing service requests to service@gmsactg.com, placing a service call request through Contact, Support, and Request a Call on our website or calling our service number (800) 933-3501 and leaving a voice mail message.
The GMS Chat Room will be Closed the week of Monday, September 16th through Friday, September 20th, 2024.
The chat room will re-open on Monday, September 23rd, normal business hours, 8:00am – 4:30pm ET.
Note: Since all Service and Support Specialists will be in attendance, we will be handling service calls throughout each day, as time allows. Because of this, we may not be able to meet the 2-hour deadline for return calls, so please be patient with us. If you require immediate assistance (A.S.A.P), please note that in your service request and we will make every attempt to contact you immediately.

As we approach the end of the year, it’s crucial to be aware of the upcoming office closures from September through December.
November

Veterans Day: Monday, November 11, 2024. We will be closed on Veterans Day to honor the service of all U.S. military veterans. The office will reopen on Tuesday, November 12.

Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 28, 2024

Friday after Thanksgiving: The office will be closed on Friday, November 29, for a long weekend to allow our team to spend time with their families. Normal operations will resume on Monday, December 2.

Christmas Eve: Tuesday, December 24, 2024

Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25, 2024
Regular business hours will resume on Thursday, December 26.

New Year’s Day: Wednesday, January 1, 2025
We will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
It’s essential to plan accordingly for these dates to ensure that any urgent matters are addressed ahead of time.
