Monday, 9/16 Service will not be available
Tuesday – Thursday 9/17-19 Service will be available 9:00am to 3:00pm ET.
Friday, 9/20 Service will not be available
Please follow the normal practice of emailing service requests to service@gmsactg.com, placing a service call request through Contact, Support, and Request a Call on our website or calling our service number (800) 933-3501 and leaving a voice mail message.
The GMS Chat Room will be Closed the week of Monday, September 16th through Friday, September 20th, 2024.
The chat room will re-open on Monday, September 23rd, normal business hours, 8:00am – 4:30pm ET.
Note: Since all Service and Support Specialists will be in attendance, we will be handling service calls throughout each day, as time allows. Because of this, we may not be able to meet the 2-hour deadline for return calls, so please be patient with us. If you require immediate assistance (A.S.A.P), please note that in your service request and we will make every attempt to contact you immediately.
