Direct Deposit: This supplement can eliminate time spent on paper checks and manual loan payment entry. Once loans are set up, each month you can generate a file to send to your bank, enabling automatic drafts from borrowers’ accounts. This saves you time in data entry. It also helps eliminate late fees and penalties, since payments are automatic and can be drafted at the same time each month.

Year-To-Date Activity: This supplement allows you to run a report showing the activity within a user-defined date range. The report is customizable to show only the information you want to see and can be run as often as you need. You can narrow your information by Activity Type, Funds, Status and many other filters.

Loan Fund Financials: With this supplement, you can create financial reports directly within RLSS! This is especially helpful to show you, at a glance, how much you have left in a specific fund to lend and also to help you keep track of revenues and expenditures related to any fund you have set up here.

📢 Tax Form Ordering Opens September 19th
We will begin accepting orders for tax forms starting Friday, September 26th.
Once the order forms page is live, we encourage clients to submit their orders promptly to ensure the timely shipment of blank forms. To make this process even more convenient, an email notification will be sent with a direct link to the Tax form order page as soon as it becomes available.

Our colleague, Duane Scott, will be in touch with a quote confirmation email once the order is placed.

It’s crucial for the process that you sign the quote to acknowledge and accept the quote provided. Your involvement is key to a smooth order process. The quote will not reflect the shipping charges, as shipping costs are assessed at the time of shipment by the courier’s software.

Shipment of forms for which GMS is not printing will ship by the third week of December.

Orders of forms received in January that GMS is not printing will incur an additional processing fee due to the high volume of printing and e-file preparation during that time.
